Is it true that eastenders is filmed on the same tv set as Auf Wiedersehen Pet?
Sort of. EastEnders is filmed at Elstree Studios, as was Auf Wiedersehen Pet. The Albert Square set was built on a patch of ground that had previously contained the German building site set for the first series of Auf Wiedersehen Pet.
