Can you drink smirnoff coolers, JD's, and Vex with snakebites?

My friend had snakebites. It's probably not the best idea to drink beer if you just got them pierced, because of chance of a yeast infection occuring. I think smirnoffs might be ok to drink but I'm completly sure. However when I got my lip pierced I drank beer but I kept cleaning my piercing every couple hours with mouth wash. It's mainly up to you and what you think would be best to do.
