What can it be? What should I do?? Please Help I'm really worried?

Don't worry hunny, You don't have cancer. It's probably just a mouth ulcer, or canker sore. It's fine. I get those on my gums all the time. Just rinse your mouth with salt water and mouth wash, and it should be fine. Don't keep messing around with it with your tongue because it will make it worse.
