My fiat stilo 2.4 abarth has a stop do not proceed airbag fail warning on only since i disconnected my battery?

why is it sayin this and how can i get rid of it without payin fiat money to get it on the d/stics thing.it onky come on when i disconnected my battery so i no theirs nowt up with it
