What are the appropriate tests/physicals that a man in his early thirties needs to take?

He's fairly healthy. He works at least 40 hours a week, does most of it on a forklift (he works for Toyota), he drinks occasionally (never in excess), he takes a multivitamin once daily, he does smoke (less than a pack a day), he has a lot of stress in his life but he's handling it well (he's not self-destructive), he eats regularly and not in excess (he's not obese). He's a great person and someone I care about a lot. I'm just not sure if he needs to get any tests or examinations considering he's going to be 32 here, really soon. I love him and I want him to stick around. I want to avoid any health problems that may be in his future. Any advice, please?
