New tv problem: can't tune in channel 10 (australia)...tv isn't picking the channel up!?

so its a new samsung widescreen tv and its tuned in like...a gazillion channels (who knew there was an sbs radio station??) but yeah...its not picking up one of the main channels...have searched and everything. what to do? any suggestions are helpful!
