Need Cold Sore GONE by Tomorrow Night! URGENT!!!!?

The person that suggested L-Lysine is right. It works great. But I found that if you dampen the pill just a little and place it directly on the cold sore, it works faster. Rub the pill into the sore really good and leave it on. Do this every so often throughout the day. You'll look crazy bc you'll have a white spot on your face, but it will be worth it.
