I have a weighted GPA of 3.8 and unweighted 3.0 and 20 in act..with which one Do I have a chance .USF,FSU,UF?

You also need a good college essay and a list of extracurricular activities. Those are the things they look for on college applications. You also need a decent SAT score. UF is harder to get into, so your best chance is USF or FSU. IT doesn't mean you still shouldn't try to apply for ALL of these schools. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get into one of them. And if you don't like it, you can always transfer.
