I feel nauseous and keep gagging and throwin up bile, does this have anything to do with pregnancy?

i had my period last month on the 22nd, and had unprotected last night. and once a week i was ovultating, that week he did pull out and i took a test after which said i wasnt pregnant. if not pregnant, whats wrong?
