DUI expunged in PA, can I still go fishing in Canada?

I've had my criminal record expunged of any crimes, in actuality I was never convicted of anything, I successfully completed the ARD program in PA. Records of the incident will still be kept by PennDOT, but as far as the legal system goes it never happened. Will I still be denied entry if I am stopped at the border?
