It may be too much since you're having dinner later. Try having a yogurt or one peice of toast with a fruit or a smoothie, then after 2 hours, have a half cup of tuna on whole wheat toast with spinach on it, then after 2 hours, have some almonds, some veggies and fruits(not too much), then after 2 hours have some more yogurt or a small bowl of really healthy cereal, and then, after 2 hours, have a small salad with a small amount of chicken or fish with a handful of raisins. Drink lots of water! Hope this helps!
