Tips on teaching yourself German?

Different methods suit different people. I found the BBC courses quite useful (you can borrow books and CDs from the library - the ociated TV programmes go out in the middle of the night on BBC2). I find that when I'm in Germany or Austria, the locals insist on speaking to me in English. I don't know whether that's because my German is so awful or because they want to practise their language skills.

yes they will work fine, however you pive subwoffer will not work with your new system because these kinds of systems require the sub to have a built in amp which a pive does not.
