Birthday Gift for and 18 year old?

Hi, my best friend's birthday is comingup really soon and I cant think of anything to get her. Last time I got her a bunch of gift cards and random little trinkets and put them in jello. That is the sort of gift that i'm looking for, something fun creative and unique. Does anyone have any good ideas? I was thinking of getting her something like a picture frame with us in it because she is leaving for college soon... But i'm not sure if I want to do that. So if you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
