Staphylococcus aureus on my and feeding?

i have a 10 week old son and have been brest feeding for two months, after the first month i started to get a blister and feeding was really pain full on one . i went to the doctor and got told it was mastitis so i had a course of antibiotics, which did nothing and seemed to make the problem worse, so i went to an other doctor who told me it was a fungal infection and gave me nil stat and that also made the blister on my nipple worse. then i demanded some tests to be done and had a culture done then found out i have staphylococcus aureus, after more then one month of "candida diets" and anti fungal ointments airing my and ext... can someone please explain what this is and what the the best treatment is???
